[Feis Seattle Help] 3-Installment Payment Plan

Hi There,

I'm interested in going to the Fèis this year, and would like to register
in the Gaelic language program as an advanced learner (though I'll be
bringing my fiddle as well!)

Due to the nature of my career, it is difficult for me to make it the
entire payment in one go, so I'd like to request the 3-installment Payment
Plan as laid out in the application form.
